With the FMCO limiting us now, and with the high number of daily cases, anxiety, anger, and many other emotional issues are on the rise. The Ministry of Health reported that the number of calls made to the government helplines, 93,164 (90.58%) was those requesting psychological and emotional support and counseling. Working mothers or working parents have double responsibilities with childcare and schools being closed with 52% of working mothers working more than before (link to our survey results here). Seeking help from others is important, but so is changing your mindset and changing the way you speak to yourself.
